How many people are in a hot air balloon tour?

Standard balloon baskets carry 16-20 people. We also offer premium baskets for 8-12 guests and private flights for a more intimate experience — message us via WhatsApp for availability.

What happens if the balloon flight is cancelled due to bad weather?

In case of weather-related cancellation, you are fully refunded or rescheduled to the next available day at no extra cost. Safety is our non-negotiable priority.

What is included in the tour prices?

All our day tours include a professional guide, air-conditioned vehicle, hotel transfers, museum entrance fees and lunch. Balloon tours also include light breakfast, insured flight and a champagne celebration.

Is hotel pick-up transfer included?

Yes — return transfers from all hotels in the Cappadocia region (Göreme, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Çavuşin, Ortahisar) are complimentary.

What is the best season to visit Cappadocia?

April–June and September–November are ideal: mild weather and high balloon success rate. For snowy landscapes December–February, and April–May for greenery around the fairy chimneys.

Can children join tours and balloon flights?

All ages are welcome on day tours. For balloon flights, children under 6 or 110 cm in height are not allowed (basket safety standard). Reduced rates are available for ages 6–12.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (EUR/USD/TRY), credit card (secure online payment link) and cash are accepted. Every payment is protected under the TÜRSAB guarantee.

How far in advance should I book?

For high season (April–June, September–November) and especially balloon tours, book at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For last-minute bookings please check availability via WhatsApp.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are fully refunded. Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee. Weather cancellations are always free.

What should I wear and bring on the tour?

Comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing (cool mornings, warm afternoons), a hat, sunscreen, a water bottle and a camera. For balloon flights avoid large bags and tie back long hair.

How comfortable are cave hotels?

Our modern cave hotels combine authentic rock-cut architecture with full comfort: private bathrooms, AC/heating, Wi-Fi, and jacuzzi rooms available.

Do you organize private/boutique tours?

Do I need to visit your agency office?

No — everything can be done remotely (WhatsApp, email, online payment). You're always welcome at our Uçhisar office though — Turkish coffee on us!
